Information about the products
The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog of ISSA Europe when sending the order.
The word "available" to the act of the displayed product is indicative only because of the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. Therefore ISSA Europe reserves the right, once received the order, to check the availability of the goods and, when out of stock, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent. No responsibility can be attributed to ISSA Europe.

Invoice

For every order ISSA Europe will invoice the material and send it by e-mail to the buyer as per  art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data supplied by the customer when ordering will be included in the invoice.

No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

 Reception of the order

The correct order is confirmed by ISSA Europe via e-mail, sent to the email address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will resurface all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and to communicate promptly any corrections

Payments

We accept bank transfer and paypal.

You can also pick up the item by paying by cash, check or credit card at our office of ISSA Europe in Via N. Battaglia, 6-20127 Milan (50mt. MM Loreto)

Right of withdrawal
The Issa Europe customer, of the online store that is acting as a consumer is granted the right to cancel the contract, as provided by Articles. 64-67 of the Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, of the Consumer Code.
It is specified that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that is, to those private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to his profession. The withdrawal right is not accepted for legal and physical persons acting, in reference to the purchase contract, professionally.

Pursuant to and within the limits of Art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer may, within 10 working days from receipt of the products purchased, exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the possibility to return the goods received and to obtain reimbursement of the price paid, without penalty and without needing to specify the reason.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
